check-in was quick. the staffs are awesome. my room had a firm bed (i prefer those!). the ac unit worked very well.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection. it made the mornings easier. the location was good and close to stores and pharmacies. the staff were also friendly.

the street outside could smell bad, especially at night. the air conditioner in my room made a lot of noise. i found the water pressure in the shower to be quite low.

Fantastic Stay near Nana Station!

fantastic location breakfast option pleasant staff helpful assistance

The location IS fantastic, close to the Nana station. Breakfast offers many options. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff are always pleasant. They are happy to help with anything from lobby assistance to front desk inquiries. I appreciated Wat in the lobby and Num Phuong from the cleaning team. They ensure guests have everything needed.

The room was slightly smaller than expected.
